It has a removable steeple for easier/ safer storage. All pieces in this category of my store are all hand painted by me over the years… since the early 90’s. It is time to downsize our 3 tiered village!!! All are in good condition unless otherwise noted. All, again, unless otherwise noted, can be set up with light cord to illuminate (light/cord not included). There may be slight paint chips here or there, if major I will note and photograph. ( I may miss a chip or two because they tend to blend into and look like the snow). All are finished and glazed. Some will have “snow” sparkles, glitter, a couple have a little “fuzzy” snow. They are a great “scale” to most all popular village sets. Measurements are in photos. Add a bit a distinctive charm to any village with these one of a kind home and uniquely painted buildings!!!
