Description: HO Scale Trains - Accessories - Track Pack Z - Track on Wood Backing - The previous owner of this package was a doctor and his estate donated it to a Historical Railroad Museum. The Museum specializes in O gauge trains so the entire package I purchased has been stored in their climate controlled storage area. They put it up for sale to clear room in their storage area. This is HO track attached to wood backing. There is a total of 40 pieces of various track. There are 3 new pieces that are still wrapped in manufacturer's packaging although you do see some green oxidation taking place. There is oxidation on some of the other pieces also. Quite a bit of the track needs a good cleaning. Some of the pieces looked like they were custom cut to fit the layout they were in. Many of the pieces do have previous screw holes that I would think held the track in place. There are 14 each curved track with 8 pieces being slightly shorter than the rest and 7 each straight 36 inch long track. On one piece the rail is lifted and looks like it needs to be glued back to the backing and 1 of the backing looks like it was custom cut. Everything that was in this particular box is being sent in this offering including 10 packages of screws, wiring, some metal brackets, and some cutout paper which are still in original packaging so i do not know how brittle the paper may be.
