Description: Necessity is the mother of invention... These concrete PIERS were created by me to complete a large elevated rail line which used Central Valley Bridge Girders #1902-5. THESE PIERS ARE USED WITH THE SMALLER TYPE C BRIDGE GIRDERS. I have another listing where I am selling piers for the larger Type A & B Bridge Girders. I have also been informed that these will also work very well with PLASTRUCT H COLUMNS 90545 which are 3/16" square. Installation: First the piers are slid onto the girders. The holes for the girders are then drilled. The girders are put in place and after the height is adjusted, glued. The piers are then slid down the girder and glued in place at the bottom. They will hide any minor issues which might have occurred when drilling holes for the girders. They are cast in 2 part paintable resin which cures to a concrete color. I am selling these by the pair. Two for $1.50. This listing is for only the concrete piers and not anything else as seen in the pictures. Thanks for looking.
