This is our model designed specifically for the Mossberg 500 20 gauge that will cost effectively allow you a standoff / breaching option as well as an aggressive, non-lethal deterrent by simply attaching directly to your Take Down Screw.If you have an older take down screw that is approximately 1/4" thick, you would need to replace it with a 3/8" thick TDS from Mossberg or Uncle Mikes... This model, the M500-S-20, is designed to fit a 20 gauge shotgun with an EQUAL LENGTH barrel to mag tube ratio, such as commonly found on a Mossberg 500 Persuader with a 20" barrel. It has an OAL of 2.630 with a standoff length, measured from the face of the TDS to the ends of the teeth, of 2.247. The major OD is 1.250. All dimensions are approximate. They are anodized flat black and branded. A quick swipe with a black permanent ink pen will camouflage the etching if you so desire.
