(The Original Broadway production would open February 3rd, 1931 at the Royale Theatre in New York City and close after only seven performances.) ..... The play starred HELEN MENKEN and PAUL MUNI and the cast included ISABEL IRVING (replaced out-of-town by JEAN ADAIR), CYRIL SCOTT (replaced out-of-town by THOMAS COFFIN COOKE), LEE PATRICK (replaced out-of-town by BETTY HANNA), HERBERT YOST, WANDA LYON, RAYMOND WALBURN (replaced out-of-town by JAMES SPOTTSWOOD), G. ALBERT SMITH (replaced out-of-town by OTTO HULETT) and DOROTHY SANDS .....
