Description: Headless Horseman Halloween Costume Vintage Small - Medium Hand Made 90s I acquired this costume in a lot of vintage Halloween gear at a downsizing auction. It took me a second to figure out exactly how it's supposed to go. The wearer puts the basket part with the collar around it on top of their head, and then wraps the color around that covering their face. The black cape works like a shroud over your head and shoulders, and on myself, a 5'6 adult, it goes down below my elbows. I'm almost certain this is a handmade costume, from the 1990s, based on the bag that it was in and the other items I found it with. Please see all photos and feel free to ask any questions!
