In addition, in order to replace the girder on the lower surface of the flight deck with etching, the kit comes with a new flight deck part with much nicer deck surface and new engraved keys on the lower surface to replicate the ceiling of the hanger deck. This super detail-up set is compatible with Hasegawa’s "Akagi Full Hull Version (CH117)" released at the same time or the "Aircraft Carrier Akagi (product number: 227)" of Waterline Series Model kit requires assembly.
