I don't know if it transforms as I have not tried to transform it in years, but I don't see why it wouldn't. The figure is very loose but you can get it to stand. The eject button works when there is no cassette but does not work so great when there is a cassette inserted. Buzzsaw (cassette) is missing a piece. Back cover on Soundwave is missing.
