In addition to laces, with hooks on the upper part, and a buckle, each boot has a zipper up one side. Back has two straps riveted to the shoe for addition support, as the back section isn't leather but heavy-duty fabric. Soles are thick and bonded to the body of the boot by a Goodyear Welt Construction Process. Total height is 12". The boots are heavy but built to take punishment.Please understand we are a non-profit organization and the eBay store is run by all volunteers. We strive to answer your questions in a timely manner.
