In good overall condition as pictured, especially for being over 30 years old. Cover is straight with no distortion around the bolt holes. Chrome is shiny with no road rash. There is some pitting and light surface scratches as shown and/or pointed out in the pictures but it's still a great, hard to find piece of bling for your vintage ride!
