The CD is in near mint condition. It does have a swirl of discoloration that has no effect on play. (I just finished listening to the whole album just to make sure.) The case has some scuffs and remnants of a sticker as well as the remnants of an "X" in marker. There is no front insert/booklet. There is only the tray card with artist/song info.
