Description: This chess set is in very good used condition. The box has decorations by woodburning and carving. The varnish is in very good condition. The hinges and latches are in secure, very good condition. The 16 pawns are also in very good condition. I do not see any breaks, chips or cracks. Their glossy varnish is in very good condition. Even though the inside of the box has a backgammond board, the stones are not included. The box measures approximately 13 1/4" x 6 5/8" x 1 3/4" while closed. When opened, the board measures approximately 13 1/4" x 13 1/4" x 15/16". Please look at the photos provided and ask any questions you may have before purchase, as i do not accept returns.
