Items that are not installed, opened or used may be returned within 14 days (under authorized conditions and designated RGA#) for a partial refund minus the actual shipping cost incurred by Hearth Home co Warehouse and up to a 20% restocking fee may apply. All the incurred return shipping cost will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will need to be paid by the purchaser, any goods returned with freight or postage bills collect charges will be refused and not accepted by our warehouse.
