Director: John (Jack) Ford Starring: Pete Morrison, Helen Gibson, Hoot Gibson, Jack Woods Description: Original and very rare Universal Film Manufacturing Company 11" x 14" lobby cards (3) from JOHN (Jack) FORD's now lost silent Western short film GUN LAW (1919) starring PETE MORRISON, the iconic Wild West cowgirl HELEN GIBSON & her husband/stuntman HOOT GIBSON. Director John Ford was only 25 years old when he made this picture with Hoot Gibson. Throughout their early careers, they would collaborate on 14 movies together. This film is now considered lost, but these 3 lobby cards (which includes the Title Card) have survived 103-years later, so don't miss out on these one-of-a-kind artifacts of early cinema! Condition: The cards are in GOOD to FAIR condition with pinholes, and paper loss in the borders. The Title Card has some paper loss on the right side. If one wanted to have these restored, a talented restorer would have no problem. Please examine the PHOTOS and let us know if you have any questions. Shipping: This will be mailed with an acid-free backing board/bag between two pieces of thick cardboard in a sturdy mailer. We can combine shipping on multiple orders, or reimburse you as it is appropriate for the envelope/package size.
