Description: This is a men's Gruen watch of which many examples were made starting in 1941 and lasting until 1956- quite a spread. It has a "Veri-Thin" style and a Swiss 17 jewel movement. The case is actually in good shape. The last person to replace the crystal used way too much glue and it makes the case look like it has lost some of the 10K gold filled material, but it is just obscured by glue. The back is brushed stainless. The case measures 22mm x 26mm not counting the lugs. The number 435-652 on the inside of the caseback shows caliber first, then style. I'm selling for parts or repair, it runs for a little while but always stops. From a few seconds to an hour, you cannot tell. Shipping is included in the price to any continental USA destination.
