Grubby Primitive Distressed Heart Pantry Box Americana Love Valentine's Day Blue

Description: Up for sale is this super sweet country primitive heart shaped pantry box. Heart shaped primitives are all too few so of course I have to add some to my primitive Valentine's Day collection whenever possible. The coloring on this one I would say is a light country bird's egg blue. I started with a heart shaped paper mache box. I have covered the outside in a reproduction civil war era fabric. The edges have been distressed so it has a nice and grubby primitive feel! I have added a delicate swatch of hand dyed cheese cloth tied around it. The tag says Be Mine and has a tiny key and jingle bell attached. The box does open and lose, but is meant to be more of a shelf / cupboard tuck display item. It measures 4" x 4" x 2 3/4". These have been lightly hand distressed and made to be reminiscent of an 100+ year old farmhouse find. This is part of my lost and found series. What once was lost, now is found... Great to display with other primitive decor! I will be adding a few various styles and sizes of these as I finish them.
