Description: this is brand new in box and came on a pallet. the box has flaws at the top but I opened it and it is still in bubble wrap a nd pump does function so it does not appear to be a return, just one they cant sell because of dented box. We buy pallets at times and sometimes we get products that a customer squirts, opens, damages boxes, etc and the big box stores don't bother selling, they leave it to resellers like us. When we get those, we like to offer them at substantially reduced prices and save them from the landfill. Someone will purchase these items and enjoy the savings.
