We offer a free TNR voucher program to low income, NJ residents, to allow caretakers to spay/neuter the feral cats they feed. We provide free equipment rentals and training to anyone who wants to transition from feeding to becoming a caretaker. We rely heavily on ebay sales and jewelry donations to fund the program.
