Description: Little girls' black lined skirt with orange moons, yellow stars, orange rickrack and black lace trim, with matching headband and purse with 1 inside pocket. The skirt is 14 1/2" long, with about a 16 1/2" elastic waistband that stretches to about 20". Near the rickrack in one spot is sort of a snag, not ripped, though, more like it was scratched-see the last 2 photos, which show both sides. It's a very full skirt so it's unlikely to be noticed. The purse is about 6" x 5" x 2 1/2", with black lace trim, a Velcro fastener and an inside pocket. Also, a matching headband. This was made a few years ago by my mom for my niece..I believe it is 100% cotton, except for the lace.trim. The skirt lining and lace are very black, but may look gray in the photos.
