The piece measures just over 4 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" in diameter at the widest point. The glass is in excellent condition and free of any chips and cracks with minor wear to the hand painted pattern. The coating on the top of the lid has worn off to just the base metal from years of loving use. There is an old newspaper clipping which was tucked inside by the prior owner included as a bonus.
