This SG from the VooDoo series is eye-catching with a unified black and red look. Unlike the regular models mahogany- the body material is swamp ash. The neck is made of mahogany- and the fingerboard is made of ebony- which is rare these days. The red VooDooSkull inlay placed only in one place at the 5th fret position is impressive. The swamp ash body makes it lightweight. Pickup mounts BlackMagic 496R and 500T. Regarding the condition of the main body- there is a history of crack repair on the neck- and there is some residual clamping that appears to have been done when the neck was repaired. Ive been keeping an eye on it for over a year- and it seems to be working fine and the rod works fine. It is in players condition with dents- peeling paint- and chips overall. We have prepared many photos for scratches and appearance- so please check them. There is no unevenness on the frets and there is a remaining amount- and there is plenty of room for the truss rod.
