This item is in USED condition, with signs of previous use such as minor cosmetic issues. There are some minor rusty spots on various portions of the side flaps, but regardless of this, the purpose and use of the dispenser is not affected. The dispenser features stainless steel panels on the front and back sides, which fold out and down so that more napkins can be loaded into the dispenser. The bottom of the dispenser has rubber grips to help the dispenser stay on a table or counter top when being used. There is a white colored sticker label on the bottom which has a number that reads: 113066. The dispenser measures 7 1/2 inches long, 5 inches wide, and 4 1/2 inches tall. Alone, this item weighs 2 lbs 8.8 ozs and is ideal for taking practically anywhere. This would make a great dispenser to use in the kitchen or dining room. This would make a great item to keep on hand to take along for camping, parties, or reunions. I will very carefully and tediously package this item up with extreme care so that the package withstands it's travels while in transit.
