Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage it's missing a third of the cover the spine is split most of the way it is missing the top staple it has a large tear on the back cover soiling and possibly mold and other defects. I would call it around a 1.0 fr out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
