Description: You are looking at a GENUINE and ORIGINAL BUCO PRODUCTS OF SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN, made in America, riding shirt/jacket purchased by me new in 1966. That's right over 56 years ago with the same person from new. No stories, explanations, or time lapse in the ownership. This is the 5 zipper leather shirt (as identified in 1966 by BUCO) that only had a leather pull on the front closure zipper. And yes all of 5 of the zippers are TALON and are so marked on the pulls. BUCO called this a shirt because the only lining is a rayon lining and offers no additional warmth, merely some protection from asphalt rash. This jacket has no tears, scratches, or damage marks. It is as close to new as one could expect a leather jacket to be from 56 years ago that was probably last worn in 1967. All 5 TALON zippers work as they are supposed to and the snap closure, with the BUCO logo on it, snaps today the same as in 1966. If you are into vintage cycles and want a period correct garment with no questions of provenance this BUCO shirt/jacket is for you. The only original BUCO is an original BUCO item.
