I love the minimilistic feel to it and knowing what I know now, this one will last a bit more than two years.Do not put more than two cards in the front slot. That actually goes for most slots except for the one on the back which can handle some more. Let the wallet stretch in time and don't force it. It's genuine leather so a no go for vegans but a must go for comfort and style.Too bad it comes with so much plastic and unexplainable plastic cards.Very Tight 22 May 19The leather is very tight. Perhaps it will stretch over time but I could barely put 2 cards in the card slot with the little pull tab. Also, even though I pushed the 2 cards in as far as they would go the the pull tab is still too long and flops around. I'm sure more cards would take up the slack but more cards won't fit in the leather pocket.I also found the money clip to be very loose. Hopefully no money will slip out when I'm not looking.The good news, the leather feels nice to the touch. Have to give it some time and see if it holds up. Also hoping it will stretch over time so I can get more cards in the wallet.Great features, fantastic price 22 May 19The wallet I have carried for years finally gave up so the search for the replacement began. There are so many options and so many paid reviews it became difficult to navigate. I am a front, left pocket guy and wanted to try an option with the spring loaded bill clip in the center. I went with ths value option basically to see if the style would work before spending bigger dollars on a 'nicer' make.I am happy to report this wallet is perfect and my search is over. Quality leather, compact design, perfect layout. I am very pleased with the product. I doubt it will lay 10 years like my previous option but at 1/3rd of the cost I can just pick up another one when the time comes. I can't set myself finding a design I like more.Great Wallet! Truly Minimalist and Looks Highly Refined and Well-Made 18 May 19Having carried essentially the same wallet design for the past twenty years, I saw this wallet when I was shopping around. That got me thinking that the way I spend money has changed over the years. I only use one or two cards these days. And even though I carry around a hundred or so USD in cash, I hardly spend that cash. So, this time around in my bi-decade wallet replacement, I decided to try this minimalist wallet.Of course, I do go on overseas travel quite often these days. So, carrying foreign currency is another concern...until I realized I can just fold the bills in half along the long axis of the bill. And I don't carry that many bills anyway, just less than a hundred dollars USD equivalent in case the establishment doesn't take cards. These days, I pay for everything with my credit card or Google Pay on my phone.Even though I've been carrying around this wallet for just a week, so far I love it. It's definitely a lot smaller and takes up less space than my old wallet. I never realized just how big the old wallet was until I started carrying this Serman wallet.The leather comes out of the box with some scratches and irregularities in the leather. I'd like to think they did this so that I don't have to feel so bad when I do scratch or other ding it myself in daily use.Like most men, I had used my wallet as my mobile filing cabinet. Because this wallet does not come with money pouches, it's changed the way I keep my wallet clean and my life simple. This keeps the unsightly bulge in my pocket to a minimum. The wallet also comes with a slot in which to store your less-accessed card. To get to those cards, you pull on a strap, which is strangely satisfying.The card slots were very tight when I first got the wallet. But after a week of storing my cards, the leather has loosen up considerably.When you first get the wallet, it comes beautifully boxed and in a white cloth bag. What you can do with the bag is take it on travel, like I do, and store your knick-knacks like cables and accessories. The unboxing process was pure joy and fun, as if you're getting something special.I have read that Serman will honor a 1-year warranty due to defects and I do wonder how long the ribbon strap will hold up to use. Only time and experience will tell. I've downsized my collection of cards and crap and keep it to a minimum. I'm a field technician & business owner, so durability is a must. And so far, its holding up great. I've had this product about a week with heavy use and its going strong. I define heavy use as always in a rugged environment, such as my pocket, rubbing against coins, receipts, pens, a pocket knife, and miscellaneous crap I keep in my pocket. No freys or damage to the wallet as of right now. Will update this review if that changes.Really good 16 May 19I looked at a lot of thin and minimalist wallets, and thought this one had the best design at a reasonable cost. Fifteen or more years ago, my ex bought me a Coach wallet that proved too fat for me; I pulled out the two-pocket photo and ID insert and have been carrying that as my wallet ever since. I hope this wallet lasts as long and gets that nice patina. The leather is creamy smooth with a rich color. The stitching is clean and tight and the money clip has a crisp snap when it closes. The only issue I can see with the wallet, but this is not an issue for me, is that the leather does show small scrapes easily. It develops a distressed look very quickly, so if you are looking for something that stays pristine, you may want to look somewhere else. However, if (like me) you love the look of distressed leather with a little wear and age, then this wallet is beautiful.I will see how is holds up to daily use, but for now this is one of the best wallets I have had!The best wallet I have EVER owned 15 May 19I carry my wallet in my front pocket and the traditional wallets were too thick to carry in dress pants to work. I recommend. 13 May 19Although I have not been 'pick-pocketed,' I think a front pocket wallet is a safer bet. I also did not have IRID protection with my old wallet-important. I like the most popular card easy access. The pull tab accessing other cards accomplishes its' feat. A clear plastic identification panel with a grab slot for easy access is a nifty feature. Cash is held by a bill clip. The instructions say if this comes loose, pull money clip and place in position and turn. Clip will retighten. I recommend this wallet. And unlike most minimalist wallets, this one actually holds cash very well (no folding bills into quarters to stuff behind your cards). I was really surprised by the packaging; it came wrapped in paper, protective plastic, dropped in a SB stamped draw bag (very nice touch), and put into a nice box. Performs outstandingly well. Would absolutely recommendBest Slim Wallet Around! 9 May 19This is the 2nd Serman Brand wallet I have owned and they are great! I tried a cheaper version in between and that was a msitake. The material is of the highest quality and worht the money and then some. Great overall design and I love the easy access to everything. The only thing you should watch for is not to overstuff the pull tab with 5 cards and then later down the road go down to 2 or 3 cards because it will make it loose and cards could fall out.
