Designed with Quick Release attachments, they offer the ability to easily remove the bags when not in use in minutes and without tools. The Genuine Leather coordinates with other leather components giving your Indian Motorcycle® a coordinated, classic look. Installation requires Mounting Spools (sold separately), which mount onto the rear fender. The Genuine Leather exterior covers a durable, hard-molded interior that preserves the open space of the saddlebags, making it easy to add and remove cargo. The water-resistant lids completely cover the bag’s interior opening to keep cargo secure. Three strong leather straps securely latch using strong buckles on the backs of the straps and feature Indian Motorcycle® branding. The Indian Motorcyle® Genuine Leather Saddlebags Kit is not compatible with Quick Release Accessory Mounting Kits P/N 2879740 or 2014-2018 Chief® Vintage stock mounting spools. Indian® Chief Dark Horse® and Indian® Chief Classic® require a Strut Cover and Spool Kit (2883998-156/266) for proper installation (sold separately).
