Description: This scarce early 1940s vintage scarf depicts the Singing Cowboy, Gene Autry in a scarce color combination of dark salmon pink and yellow. Made of silky rayon, the kerchief size scarf measures about 18 by 20 inches. It's in great condition for its age, with only a few small spots as seen in the photos. One corner has a small tear near the hem and there's a slight, tiny thread bare spot from what appears to be a single pulled thread two inches from the upper left corner of the horseshoe.
