Garden State decided to continue this tradition and this silver mylar (delegate of paid particiant) SMY border csp was issued for the 2024 Garden State Council dining in dinner. (The first dining in since 2019) Only wood badge members (and attendees of the dinner) had the opportunity to receive this patch. This is the 8th critter in the series.
