You can use either the quick heated method or the cold infusion method. *Quick/heated method-Put oil in heavy pan and heat to about 120’F, stir in crushed/rubbed botanicals and remove from heat. After it’s cooled, return the pan to the heat slowly to no greater than 120’-130’ or you will risk losing the therapeutic properties. Repeat process over a 4-8 hour period. Strain through a fine sieve or cheese cloth while still warm. Be sure to squeeze all the oil from the botanicals. *Cold infusion method-Warm oil and place in clean jar with the crushed/rubbed botanicals so that they are fully immersed in the oil.
