The grip is a nice, but a little dirty, black/white Taylormade Golf Pride Tour Velvet grip. This shaft is just about 41 5/8" inches long and will play just about 42 3/8" inches in your Taylormade fairway head. This shaft is in pretty good condition with normal bag wear in the form of nicks, scuffs, scrapes, scrape marks, and scratches.
