Please use flat measurements to help guide you in fit since letter sizing can vary from one era or designer to another and be misleading. The top has a pattern across one side that looks like a peacock like pattern and there is fringe lower. I thought this would make an adorable little flapper dress so I fashioned a headband to compliment it and is included, also adding a couple strings of costume beads, 1 black,1 purple. Head band is simple, a stretchy purple sequin band over black sequin with peacock feather accents, and a vintage copperish jeweled adornment accents them. This is a double layer of stretchy sequins so they are tacked together in spots rather than gluing it solid to better allow for the stretch. I say this only so that you realize it looks best once stretched on your head so the bands both lay flat. Please note fringe so that you see how it is placed. At front bottom it does not quite go to edge and this is how it was made.
