Soup ingredients: chicken, onion, celery, carrot, garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, chicken stock, Arborio rice, salt. We freeze dry and package the soup in house. Each soup is packaged in a resealable 7 mil mylar pint bag. Each package is heat sealed above the resealable strip of the bag with an oxygen absorber inside. Stored this way, the freeze-dried soup has a 25-year storage life. Rehydration instructions: 1 cup chicken noodle soup powder + 1/2 cup boiling water. Remove oxygen absorber and discard. Add water to freeze dried soup until desired consistency achieved. Some clumping may occur which is normal, just break up the clumps before mixing with water. Freeze-Dried products are great for long term emergency food storage. Each package weighs only a few ounces so they are lightweight and great for camping or travel.
