Description: This is a nice vintage late 1920's desk clock, made in Germany by Fredrich Mauthe, has the eagle with the FMS shield in it's talons logo on the face along with "Trusty-Timer". Has a brass case and a marbleized plastic front. It's missing the key to change the time and the 3 small brass nuts holding the back plate in place. This would be considered a lazy clock, as it works great and keeps perfect time as long as it is laying down, however as soon as you try to set it up it stops. Some say an easy fix others say no, as for me selling as is for repair or parts. Check out the pictures it's in very fine shape for it's age. 5 inches tall, the base is 4 x 2 inches, the brass ring around the clock face is 2 3/8 in diameter.
