Spindle marks present on B-side. Sleeve (VG+): Slight very light signs of wear, bottom left corner ding. Inner sleeve folded on itself. Overall sleeve is in really great shape for a ‘62 pressing. Very rich and warm sounding pressing, with Frank’s vocals upfront and clear. Beautiful album and way ahead of its time. ACCLAIM: Critically acclaimed since its initial release, Rolling Stone ranked it number 100 on their list of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time in 2003. Appears on the “1001 Albums to Hear Before You Die” list and Mojo’s “100 Albums That Changed the World” list, amongst others. In his autobiography, B.B. King writes of how he was a "Sinatra nut" and went to bed every night listening to In the Wee Small Hours. Marvin Gaye's biography, the album is cited as a favorite. Elvis Costello included it on his list of essential albums and Tom Waits placed it first on a list of favorite albums.
