Description: This is a framed 1913 Marriage Certificate for Harry Barclay and S. May Wenner. They were married in Easton, PA at the Bethany United Evangelical Church by Pastor Joseph S. Harper. The frame measures about 22" x 17" and the visible certificate measures about 19 1/2" X 14 1/2". The form itself was printed in Germany and was published by Jennings and Graham of Cincinnati, OH. It features a harp at top center, flowers, and a biblical scene with a quote from Ruth IV:13 "And Boaz took Ruth and she was his wife." There is water damage on the left border; the frame has some nicks and scrapes most notably at the top left corner. Please see pics.
