Description: Please Note: Stock photo shown. The scan provided is a stock photo. It's not the exact copy of the comic that is for sale. The scan is provided for informational purposes only. We do guarantee that the comic you buy will arrive in the condition listed, and you will be happy with your book or your money back. We use actual scans for most of our listings for items priced $20 and up. Please note: Our prices are firm. We do not accept or respond to "best offers". LEE'S COMICS ANNOUNCES THE "H" COLLECTION!The comic book offered here is from a newly found, original owner collection comprising of 500 golden age books, mostly from the early 1950s. These were purchased on the newsstand by the original owner, and kept together until now. None have been put on sale before, or restored in any way. I was able to obtain the entire collection, and will be making it available right here on my eBay store. Since these are untouched original owner books, they have not been manipulated in any way. That means no cleaning, no pressing, no restoration, no erasing etc. Since they have never been on sale before, the covers have not been up on store walls or convention racks, and have therefore not been exposed to damaging ultraviolet light, and they often display surprisingly vivid colors as a result. Many of the covers are marked with the letter H, or another letter, and often have a hand-written or stamped date stamp. When a mark or stamp is present, it is noted. We've started a new category, just for these books. Many of these books are rarely offered. See the listing under our eBay store "H Collection". You pay the same low price for USPS Media Mail shipping, no matter how many comics you buy, so stock up and save. Books are shipped in a sturdy, crush-proof cardboard box with tracking. No damages, ever. USA only. The condition of each book is described in the title listing, right after the title and issue number. It is abbreviated. Example "G"="Good". We guarantee accurate grading, and we guarantee that you will be happy with each book, or you can return them for a full refund. I'm sorry, but due to the large amount of orders we fill each day we cannot scan these books, nor can we describe the condition further. ORDER WITH CONFIDENCE!We have been serving collectors since 1982. We have an outstanding record for integrity and service. Please review our eBay feedback. We strive for "Five Star" service on every order. If we ever fall short of this, please let us know BEFORE leaving feedback so we can resolve the issue to your complete satisfaction. All books are unrestored original first printings and complete with no cut-outs or pages missing unless otherwise noted. Grading is strict and accurate. We are always interested in buying quality collections of comics from the 1970s and earlier. Please inquire. A GUIDE TO COMIC BOOK GRADES. NM, Near Mint=Like New. You really have to look close to find any flaws at all. Might have one tiny color flake, or other very minor blemish. VF/NM, Very Fine to Near Mint=Nearly perfect, but when you look close, there is a tiny flaw or two that keep it from near mint.VF, Very Fine=Almost Like New with just a couple of tiny, barely noticeable flaws. One or two small color flakes along the spine are acceptable, but no folds or tears.F, Fine=A nice looking comic. Still Glossy and handsome, but has more noticeable flaws such as several color flakes along the spine. The cover should still be firmly attached at the staples.VG, Very Good=A decent looking comic that is showing more heavy wear. May have subscription crease down the middle. May have a loose staple. G, Good=Well worn, but still sound. Generally the lowest grade that most collectors will accept for most books. Could be soiled, lack color gloss or have tape on it. Some drawing on cover is acceptable in this grade.FA, Fair=Really beat. Can Have large chunks missing, a completely split cover, or coupons cut out. Cover may be scribbled on.P, Poor= Just about as bad as you can get. A rag with missing pages. Could be coverless or barely there. Please contact me with any questions. Lee HesterLee's Comics
