Description: This listing is for a New replacement Stainless steel dash panel for 1976-1986 Jeep CJs This dash is a little different than most aftermarket versions, with the top of the dash and the sides actually formed to fit the tub. These short formed flanges make for a much cleaner looking install. Due to this formed version I can NOT guarantee the fitment on a aftermarket body / tub. This dash is made from 16ga (.062") 304 #4 finish Stainless steel. This thickness is a little thicker than the factory dash but still allows the plastic push in indicators for the switches to snap in. This is a list of cutouts that this dash does have: Mounting holes. Windshield hold down holes. Grab bar holes Glovebox cutout for use with factory or aftermarket door and boxes. Steering cutout with holes for plastic trim screws. Headlight and Wipers switch with single D with the same indexing as the factory switch ( flat sided hole) Factory heater controls Indicator lights cutouts for all of the controls. Factory speedo with mounting studs on the rear. THIS DASH HAS BEEN CUSTOM MADE FOR USE WITH SIX 2 1/16" GAUGES. FOUR MORE THAN THE FACTORY DASH HAD.TWO OF THESE ARE LOCATED WHERE THE OPTIONAL FACTORY TACH AND CLOCK LOCATIONS ARE. THE OTHER TWO ARE WHERE THE RADIO WOULD BE. THIS TYPE OF DASH IS FOR THOSE WHO ARE INSTALLING THE RADIO IN A CONSOLE OR USING A BOAT TYPE RADIO THAT FITS IN A 2 1/16" GAUGE HOLE. Speakers for use with 5 1/4" speakers with mounting studs on the rear. This dash does NOT have a radio cutout.
