On some older models, you may need to drill a small hole in your tailgate to run the wiring through. Most 2006+ models come with the holes already drilled. **Warning – the product may require modification to the tailgate. To check, remove the Ford Emblem and see if your tailgate has the cutouts for the mounting holes. If you do not see mounting holes behind the emblem, you will need to cut the tailgate to mount this backup camera.
