Some wear from play/handling, cosmetic wear present. Minor marks, scuffs, surface dirt, paint rubs. The doll houses open and close (snap together) as intended. Surface scratches, color rub offs, scuffs present on heavy-contact areas such as the roof and corners/edges of the roof, base of the house as well as on the dolls (head, legs). Loss of finish visible along roof edges as well as color rub-off or color streaks present from other toys. The paper interior wall stickers show some ripples, some stains / dust discoloration and corner and edge wear. There is a small portion of the top-right room floor sticker which has minor damage (butterfly sticker in pet parlor). Doll house was recently removed from storage and given a quick spot-clean but could use another clean – dust buildup present in crevices, dust discoloration in areas (interior and exterior) and other stains present.
