Description: My parents often brought back souvenirs of stone items from their travels which they kept in a display shelf in the living room. This treasure was purchased from somewhere at some time, but sadly Dad didn't leave me any information on it. It measures about 92 mm by 56 mm by 15 mm and it weighs roughly 163 grams. The wooden stand is not included in this sale, but I will be listing it separately. With his PhD in mineralogy, my father loved to collect rocks. He took great pride in his mineral collection which he carefully organized by chemical groups. Since he recently passed away I'm tasked with finding his treasures a new home. I've pulled from a variety of his drawers and boxes to give a sampling of his collections.
