Description: Rare, Fire-King TURQUOISE Batter Bowl, very good condition, hard to find This vintage Fire-King TURQUOISE batter bowl is a must-have for any collector. Fire-King batter bowls were advertised as holding 3.5 pints, the perfect size for a cake mix (at the time; 1940's and 1950's). The bowl is 4" high on the outside and 3.5" deep inside and 7.5" in diameter. Hand wash only is recommended for its care. The bowl is stamped "Fire-King OVEN WARE 1 Made in USA". Made by Anchor Hocking under the Fire-King brand. As with most Fire-King this batter bowl has some striations, minor inclusions, bumps/dimples and mold seams.
