Although soft to the touch, it probably contains wool, or is a wool blend. (Every piece of yarn fuzz wants to stick to it.)This color would be fun to make heels for a contrast on variegated colored socks or other projects. Total weight of this remnant is 1.2 ounce. It measures about 2 1/2 inches wide x 2 1/2 inches tall. Since I am not positive about the fiber content, I recommend hand wash with a gentle cleanser and cool water then lay flat to dry. I would not machine wash or dry it, because it could felt. I will ship this delicate yarn wrapped in tissue paper, inside a ziplock baggie, and then put it in a padded mailer.
