Butcher, Sheffield England and it looks likefirmer carving chisel tool and it measures: 1/16" W x 8-1/4"L . It is marked on blade (see close up). Blade measures 2-7/8" L. x 1/8" It weighs 1oz. The nicely turned wooden handle that has 2 hairlines & some marks & stains....it is tight and secure with a nice feel and patina.
