It is entirely hand painted, with gold on the knobs and handles. Marked on the base with T&V France mark. The tea set consists of1 teapot 6 1/2 inches tall by10 1/4 inches wide from spout to handle1 sugar bowl 4 inches tall1 creamer 3 1/2 inches tall Condition: Excellent with no chips or cracks or repairs.
