The hand painted sections of this vase have a satin finish and Robin left some of the pattern on the bottom area shiny for a nice effect. Note the soft blend of colors that encircles the top of the vase to create a three-dimensional background of flowers. The hand painted details are meticulously executed and a tribute to Robin’s artistic skill and talent. The jewel-toned male hummingbird hovers near a young hummingbird in the nest.
