Description: In 1986, Easton Press began publishing a series of science fiction novels with commissioned introductions and artwork. There are now more than 140 volumes in the series, according to "The Internet Database of Speculative Fiction". I subscribed to the series early and was buying books from the 80's into the 90's. Please note, there are at least two Easton Press versions of this book out there; this is the original Masterpieces of Science Fiction edition, purchased new when first issued. Shelved unread and in very nice condition. A few minor imperfections in the top edge gilding - Please see photos. Complete with Collector's Notes and Unused Book Plate. Please look carefully and feel free to ask any questions you might have. I am not a professional book grader by any means, but try to describe accurately and show any faults that I see. I have quite a few books from this series, a handful still sealed, many shelved and unread, some have been read once.
