Just like the regular GT4, our Over Axles are a perfect first mod. Our design process started with 3D scanning the entire exhaust system using our CREAFORM 700 Handscan so that we could make a complete Solidworks 3D model of the exhaust. We then designed the exhaust and fixtures using that model so that the exhaust fit perfectly to OEM standards. We use mandrel bent T304 stainless steel tubing that’s 40% larger than factory for maximum flow. The heat shielding has a stainless steel shell, with a ceramic fiber core that can handle a continuous 2400 degrees fahrenheit and is an extremely effective insulator.SOUND:These Over Axle Link Pipes will bring out a stronger throatier tone from your GT4 RS. The difference in volume and tone is quite significant.POWER:With an otherwise stock exhaust and no tune, we gained 30 HP at 4750 RPM and 34 ft/lbs of TQ at 4750 RPM. That's a gain of 33 HP at the crank! Peak horsepower also increased from our baseline of 456 WHP to 474 WHP and from 330 ft/lbs of TQ to 341 ft/lbs of TQ.
