After Fisher’s death in 1955, his assistant Moe Leff took over the strip. In 1959, Tony DiPreta assumed art duties and Morris Weiss provided the scripts. DiPreta remained with JOE PALOOKA until its conclusion. Ed Moore stepped in to take on the scripting chores sometime in the 1970’s and stayed to the end. This listing is for a single Good Condition Sunday Full Page Comic Strip dated June 19, 1932. This strip measures approximately 20 x 14½ inches. This strip was salvaged from a newspaper or library archive. It was stored flat and, except for a slight bow, shows no sign of a crease or fold. It is highly unusual to find Comic Strips in this condition and I do not want to fold it when shipping. If you purchase this strip, it will be looselyrolled and shipped in a cardboard box measuring 4 x 4 x 16 inches. Multiple strips may be shipped for the same or slightly increased expense.
