Description: F-4 PHANTOM SPANISH AIR FORCE, 121 SQUADROM PILOT FLIGHT HELMET HGU-26/p GENTEX in LARGE SIZE. NOT INCLCUDE the OXYGEN MASK. (Oxymen mask is available in my other ebay´s advertishment). This helmet is in used condition and it was flown in the F-4C Spanish PHANTOM 121 Squadrom from the ALA nº 12 based in Torrejon De Ardoz (Madrid) OTAN / Spanish Air Force. Stimated date: last 70 - early 80´s decades. See the details of the Squadrom marking BLACK CAT from ALA nº 12 with the squadrom catchword theme: "No le busques tres pies..."Please see the markings on the shell and housingand back of the shell. It was flown by LIUTENANT TTE.VALLEJO (blood type 0+). Also there´s a metal plaque on the back of the shell. This is very interesting ´cause it was very common used in the seventies and eigties of the Spanish Air Force to inventory the material this way. PLEASE NOTICE: The auction is just for the helmet, oxygen mask is not included. The helmet has the earcups and comunication inside but has the interior styroliner and leather pads. The dark and clear visors are in really good condition due to use and age, see pictures. The two both visors works going up and down ok.ITS A GREAT ITEM FOR COLLECTORS.
