This piece proudly stands upon a squat applied clear glass foot which perfectly elevates the vibrantly coloured body enabling it to be appreciated from every angle. SIZE: This impressive piece stands approx 60mms tall and measures 265mms in diameter. WEIGHT: This piece weighs 620 grams. CONDITION: This stunning art glass bowl is presented in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are some light surface scratches to the quality flat ground base mentioned for complete accuracy. This piece has been very well cared for as a display item and presents spectacularly. MARKS: This is an unsigned example which was undoubtedly hand crafted by Gordon Studio. THE ARTISTS: Eileen Gordon was born in Norway to a family of glass artists. After training professionally in England, Gordon emigrated to Australia where she honed her skills in many glass studios both around Australia and overseas. She established Gordon Studios in 1990, in conjunction with her partner Grant Donaldson. The skill and master techniques used to create this stunning hand crafted piece have ensured Gordon Studios work have found their way into private and public collections around the world.
